1Tbsp brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Quick Tip

TIME SAVING TIP: Make this the day before or earlier in the day by preparing through step 4. Cover with foil and place in the fridge until ready to bake. KID TIP: Let your kids pick which color bell pepper they want! This will make them interested in eating it. If they don't love peppers, pop the beef portion through onto their plate and encourage them to try one bite of pepper!
