Berry Immune Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla fat free Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup milk of choice (for calculations, I used fat free Fairlife milk)

1/4 cup orange juice

Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp grated turmeric for extra boost

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.
  2. Adjust the fluids to thickness preference.

Note: This provides 234% of daily value for Vitamin C. Using alternate milks may change nutrition facts.
