Quick Meal

8 slices whole wheat bread
12 slices of bacon
1 large tomato
2 cups of lettuce
2 cups blueberries – side


1. Cook bacon (can cook in a skillet or make it easy and buy microwavable bacon!)
2. Slice tomato into thin slices
3. Wash and cut up lettuce (can do shreds or one large piece)
4. Toast bread pieces in a toaster.
5. Place 3 slices of bacon onto one slice of bread (I prefer to add light mayo to my bread). Add tomato slices. Add lettuce. Top with another slice of bread.

Quick Tip

Use microwavable bacon for quicker prep time and fewer dirty dishes!
