Buffalo Chicken Salad
Breaded Chicken Tenders – 8 strips
¼ Cup Buffalo Sauce
1 Head of Romaine
¼ Cup Light Ranch Dressing
- Bake or air fry chicken tenders according to package. When fully cooked, chop into bite size pieces. Mix chicken tenders with ¼ cup Buffalo sauce and stir to coat.
- Wash and chop romaine; add to plate.
- Top romaine with buffalo chicken. Add chopped tomatoes.
- Drizzle with ranch and serve immediately.
To make this kid friendly, leave off the buffalo sauce. May serve chicken tenders plain with a side salad.
