Buffalo Chicken Salad

Breaded Chicken Tenders – 8 strips
¼ Cup Buffalo Sauce
1 Head of Romaine
¼ Cup Light Ranch Dressing
1 Tomato


  1. Bake or air fry chicken tenders according to package. When fully cooked, chop into bite size pieces. Mix chicken tenders with ¼ cup Buffalo sauce and stir to coat.
  2. Wash and chop romaine; add to plate.
  3. Top romaine with buffalo chicken. Add chopped tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with ranch and serve immediately.

Quick Tip

To make this kid friendly, leave off the buffalo sauce. May serve chicken tenders plain with a side salad.
