California Turkey Club Wraps

5 low carb tortillas
5 tsp mustard
5 tsp mayonnaise
2 cups of lettuce
5 slices of cheddar cheese
15 slices of turkey
10 slices of bacon
2 large tomatoes
1 avocado
Baked chip or plantain chips (side)
5 Clementine oranges (side)


  1. To build the wrap, lay the tortilla flat and spread 1 tsp of mayonnaise and 1 tsp of mustard evenly on the tortilla. 
  2. Next top with 2 lettuce leaves or ¼ cup of shredded lettuce and 1 slice of cheddar cheese. Add 3 slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon, 2 slices of avocado, and 2 tomato slices down the center of the wrap. 
  3. Roll the wrap tightly and slice down the middle.

Let each family member customize their wrap and put in toppings of their choice.
