Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Sliders

6-7 Hours cooking time, 5 Minutes prep time


1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
28 oz jar marinara
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
6 slices of mozzarella cheese
12 slider buns
Sauteed zucchini – side


  1. Place marinara, garlic, and Italian seasoning in the bottom of the slow cooker. 
  2. Add chicken breasts on top and spoon the marinara on top of the chicken. 
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. 
  4. Shred chicken and stir. 
  5. Turn on broiler and toast buns. Add chicken and cheese to the sandwich and broil until cheese melts.

Quick Tip

If you need a lower carb option, serve on a sandwich thin or eat the chicken and cheese as an entree and add a vegetable for your side!
