Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Sliders
6-7 Hours cooking time, 5 Minutes prep time
Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
28 oz jar marinara
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
6 slices of mozzarella cheese
12 slider buns
Sauteed zucchini – side
Instructions
- Place marinara, garlic, and Italian seasoning in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add chicken breasts on top and spoon the marinara on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir.
- Turn on broiler and toast buns. Add chicken and cheese to the sandwich and broil until cheese melts.
Quick Tip
If you need a lower carb option, serve on a sandwich thin or eat the chicken and cheese as an entree and add a vegetable for your side!
