Crockpot Zesty BBQ Chicken

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 oz bbq sauce
½ cup Italian salad dressing
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg of slaw mix – side
6 whole-wheat buns


1. Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, Italian salad dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
2. Cover, cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
3. Eat chicken alone or place on buns and serve immediately.

Quick Tip

To decrease the calories or carbohydrate content, serve without the bun. Double the batch for leftovers!
