Grilled Apple Swiss Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
4 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
8 oz deli oven roasted turkey breast
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese or 4 slices
8 slices multigrain bread
1 lb fresh green beans
Instructions
1. Lightly spread mustard on bread slices. Layer with turkey, apples, cucumbers, and cheese and top with remaining piece of bread.
2. Using a panini press, griddle, or skillet, toast on each side for a few minutes until bread is toasted and cheese starts to melt.
