Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1.5 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey (or any hot honey)
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar
4 slider buns
1 bag salad – side
Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Whisk all ingredients together (besides the cheese) and pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4 hours and shred chicken.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place buns open face. Top with chicken and cheddar. Toast for a few minutes at 425 degrees F. Enjoy!
Quick Tip
For lower carb or gluten free, eat the chicken by itself or on top of a salad!
