Pizza Quesadillas

Ingredients

6 low carb quesadillas

2 cups marinara sauce

1.5 cups shredded mozzarella

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

optional: pepperoni slices or other toppings of choice!

1 bag steamable frozen peas – side

Instructions

 

  1. Heat a skillet to medium heat.
  2. Spray tortillas with cooking spray or butter and add to skillet. Spoon a few spoonfuls of marinara onto the tortilla. Add shredded cheese, and other toppings of choice.
  3. Cook the tortilla 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling and flip.
    Remove from the skillet when both sides are golden brown.
  4. Slice and serve with warm marinara for dipping.
