Slow Cooker Parmesan Pork Loin
5 Minutes Prep, 6 Hours Cook Time
2 lb pork loin
⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp dried basil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 package Bob Evans potatoes – side
1 lb brussels sprouts – side
- Place pork loin in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix parmesan, honey, soy sauce, basil, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Pour and rub over the top of the pork loin.
- Cover and cook on low for about 5.5-6 hours or until done.
These leftovers would be great as slider sandwiches!
