Slow Cooker Parmesan Pork Loin

5 Minutes Prep, 6 Hours Cook Time


2 lb pork loin
⅔ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp dried basil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 package Bob Evans potatoes – side
1 lb brussels sprouts – side


  1. Place pork loin in the slow cooker. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix parmesan, honey, soy sauce, basil, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Pour and rub over the top of the pork loin. 
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 5.5-6 hours or until done.

Quick Tip

These leftovers would be great as slider sandwiches!
