1 lb lean ground beef
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
24 oz jar marinara
1 box (16 oz) thin whole wheat spaghetti noodles
1 bag steam broccoli or fresh broccoli – side
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles and stir.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown ground beef. Add salt and pepper and stir until no longer pink. Add marinara sauce.
3. Cook spaghetti noodles until al dente. Drain. Add meat and marinara mixture to noodles and stir.
