Turkey Bacon Subs
8 oz french bread (or lower calorie slices if desired)
3/4 pound oven roasted deli turkey
4 slices cheddar cheese
8 slices cooked bacon (can use microwavable for quicker prep time)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 lb frozen or fresh green beans – side
- Slice bread in half. Mix mayo and basil together. Spread 1 Tbsp on each of the bottom slices of bread.
- Top each sandwich with 3 oz turkey, 1 slice of cheddar, 2 pieces of bacon, and 1/4th of the cherry tomatoes. Place slice of bread on top.
