Place your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each of 6 muffin cups.
In a small bowl, combine 5 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter with 5 tablespoons water. Stir until smooth and well blended.
Evenly distribute the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate layer in each muffin cup.
Place one banana slice on top of the peanut butter layer in each cup.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate over each banana slice to cover.
Sprinkle each cup with a pinch of coarse sea salt. Freeze for approximately 45 minutes, or until firm.
