If you're looking for a dinner that's crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, these Parmesan-crusted pork chops are it! Made in the air fryer for that perfect golden crunch without the mess and deep frying, they’re a high-protein meal the whole family will love.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Trim excess fat off pork chops and salt and pepper them to taste.
Add flour to one bowl, the egg to a second bowl, and the panko, parmesan, garlic powder, basil, and oregano to a third bowl.
Beat the egg in one dish. In the breading dish, mix the panko mixture well.
Dip both sides of the pork chops into the flour, then the egg, then the panko mixture. Lightly spray with an olive oil or cooking spray to help them crisp.
Place the pork chops single layered in the air fryer. If you make more than 3-4 chops, you may need to split them up for space as they should not be layered.
Once in air fryer, cook for 8 minutes, then flip, and cook for an additional 8 minutes on the other side or until pork chops are crispy and internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F.

Nutrition Disclaimer: Nutrition facts are estimates and may vary by ingredients, brands, and portion sizes. Use them as a general guide, not a guarantee.Pork Chop Thickness Matters: For best results, use pork chops that are about 1-inch thick. Thinner chops may cook too quickly and dry out, while thicker chops may need extra air frying time.Air Fryer Tips: Don’t overcrowd the basket; leave space for air circulation. Flip halfway through cooking for an even golden crust.Oven Option: Can’t use an air fryer? Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through and crispy.
