This recipe is super easy to make! Simply grab 3 large bowls for dipping the breading.

First you’ll salt and pepper each pork chop. Then you’ll dip into the flour, then the egg, then the breading.

Spray each pork chop with cooking spray then place in air fryer.

Recipe Tips & Variations

➡️ No air fryer? No problem! – If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake these crispy parmesan pork chops in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes, flipping half way through. Just ensure that the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.

➡️ Gluten & Dairy free – This recipe is easy to swap out for gluten free flour and dairy free parmesan cheese!

Ingredients

  • 4 thin pork chops
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Trim excess fat off pork chops and salt and pepper them to taste.
  • Add flour to one bowl, the egg to a second bowl, and the panko, parmesan, garlic powder, basil, and oregano to a third bowl.
  • Beat the egg in one dish. In the breading dish, mix the panko mixture well.
  • Dip both sides of the pork chops into the flour, then the egg, then the panko mixture. Lightly spray with an olive oil or cooking spray to help them crisp.
  • Place the pork chops single layered in the air fryer. If you make more than 3-4 chops, you may need to split them up for space as they should not be layered.
  • Once in air fryer, cook for 8 minutes, then flip, and cook for an additional 8 minutes on the other side or until pork chops are crispy and internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F.
