Instructions
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the center.
Layer 4 ounces of cooked, cubed chicken on top, followed by a sprinkle of diced tomatoes and cucumbers for a fresh crunch.
