Ingredients
  

  • 4 Low carb/high fiber tortilla shells
  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless, cubed, cooked
  • ½ cup Hummus
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Greek dressing
  • 4 oz Feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus evenly over the center.
  • Layer 4 ounces of cooked, cubed chicken on top, followed by a sprinkle of diced tomatoes and cucumbers for a fresh crunch.
  • Add ½ ounce of crumbled feta cheese, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Greek dressing to bring it all together.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in, roll it up tightly from the bottom, and serve immediately.
