strawberry cheesecake smoothie ingredients: protein powder, honey, vanilla greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, milk, cottage cheese, and crushed graham crackers
  • Greek yogurt - I prefer fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt for the flavor. You can swap for unflavored and add a splash of vanilla extract if you prefer.
  • Protein powder - Vanilla flavored protein better works great here but you can swap it up for chocolate if you want more of a strawberry chocolate cheesecake flavor.
  • Milk - Use any kind of milk but keep in mind it may change the nutrition facts.

Recipe Tips & Variations

➡️ Switch up the berries - Swap strawberries for raspberries, blueberries, or a mix of berries to change the flavor profile.

➡️ Chocolate strawberry cheesecake: - Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, or a few dark chocolate chips to the blender for a chocolatey twist.

➡️ Freeze it to make ice cream - My kids love this frozen to make an ice cream too!

How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothies

Step 1: Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, frozen strawberries, and honey to a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Adjust milk as needed to reach your desired consistency. Garnish with fresh strawberries and crumbled graham crackers.

Yes, but you may need to add a few ice cubes or chill the smoothie for a few minutes to get that thick, creamy texture.
