Select Ingredients

- Greek yogurt - I prefer fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt for the flavor. You can swap for unflavored and add a splash of vanilla extract if you prefer.
- Protein powder - Vanilla flavored protein better works great here but you can swap it up for chocolate if you want more of a strawberry chocolate cheesecake flavor.
- Milk - Use any kind of milk but keep in mind it may change the nutrition facts.

Recipe Tips & Variations
➡️ Switch up the berries - Swap strawberries for raspberries, blueberries, or a mix of berries to change the flavor profile.
➡️ Chocolate strawberry cheesecake: - Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, or a few dark chocolate chips to the blender for a chocolatey twist.
➡️ Freeze it to make ice cream - My kids love this frozen to make an ice cream too!
