6 Healthy Food & Nutrition Products I’m Buying as a Dietitian

If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the hunt for healthy, easy, actually tasty food staples that work for busy days on the go. Today I’m sharing 6 of my current favorite healthy food and nutrition products I’m buying as a dietitian!

Whether you’re packing lunches, or trying to sneak in some extra nutrients at snack time, these products are total gems. Let’s get into it!

1. Pop mmms Crackers

Box of Pop mmms crackers

What they are: These gluten-free, plant-based crackers are crispy, light, and come in fun flavors that make snacking feel like a treat instead of a chore. Think Cheez It’s, but better ingredients!

Why I love them: The ingredient list is impressive for a cracker that tastes so good! They are also kid-approved! I’m obsessed with the crunch—and they don’t have that weird cardboard taste some health-focused crackers do. You know what I’m talking about. Plus, they’re baked, not fried, but still have a delicious crunch to them. The newer pizza flavor is SO good!

Where you can find them: You can find these in most grocery stores usually in the health food section. I’ve found them at Target, Walmart, and Amazon as well.

How I use them:

  • Paired with hummus or guac
  • Crumbled over salads for crunch
  • A quick snack that I love to pair with protein like cottage cheese or a Babybel cheese. The kids will also love these, I promise!

2. Gardencup Salads

A clear jar with a salad in it

What they are: Pre-portioned, layered salads in a cup that make lunch or dinner ridiculously easy. Think mason jar salad vibes, but better. A friend recently told me about these and then Garden Cup sent me 6 jar box to try. I loved them all! They have several different types of salads, even pasta salad.

Why I love them: These are lifesavers on busy days. The ingredients are always fresh, the flavors are chef-worthy, and the dressings are great—no weird oils or added sugar. They’re easily transportable too, which is nice for us moms who live in our cars.

Where you can find them: You can grab these for 20% by visiting my Gardencup affiliate link and using the code “wholesome” at checkout!

How I use them:

  • Grab-and-go lunch when I’m working from home
  • Toss on a plate to make a meal
  • On the go when I’m running kids in the mom taxi. I’ll just throw one in a cooler along with a fork and lunch is ready!

3. Simple Mills Tomato Basil Crackers

a bag of protein powder from Just Ingredients
