Nutrients in this recipe
Lycopene - This carotenoid is found in cherry tomatoes and helps prevent your cells from damage and can reduce your risk of developing some cancers.
Vitamin K - The cucumbers are a good source of vitamin K, a vitamin that is known to help with blood clotting, but also helps with bone building.
Protein - You'll find protein in the chicken, hummus, and feta. Protein is helpful in not only promoting muscle building, but also helps with blood sugar stabilization and helps to reduce cravings.
The Ingredients:
- Tortillas - I love using the Mission Carb Control Tortillas because they're really high in fiber and reasonable on their calories.
- Chicken - Choose a boneless, skinless chicken breast for a lean option. If you want to save time and prep, grab a rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even easier!
- Tomatoes - I love cherry tomatoes in this recipe, but feel free to use whatever you prefer.
- Cucumbers - Quartered and chopped
- Hummus - A plain hummus works great in this recipe. I love using Sabra!
- Feta Cheese - Use crumbled feta
- Greek Dressing - use your favorite Greek dressing. I love the Girard's brand.

Recipe Tips & Variations
➡️ Tortillas - You can use any size you'd like. It's also easy to use a gluten free wrap if you need. Just remember, changing up the type of wrap you use may change the nutrition facts a bit.
➡️ Open Face - This is one of those recipes that sometimes I will eat it in more of an open face way using a fork. You really can make it your own high protein wrap or dish!

This is my favorite 15 minute dinner and the recipe I come to when we're short on time during those busy sports seasons after school! I love that my kids can modify it to their preferences too!
Wrap it up with this!
Love this light quick dinner. We eat a lot of wraps with leftovers too. I just wish I knew how to fold them so everything doesn’t spill out😆
