  • Sauce Ingredients – Plain Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, paprika, salt
  • Pickled Onions & Pickles – It’s easiest to grab these from a jar but you can also make your own!

Ingredients

Salad Bowl

  • 1 lb 95 percent lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mccormick’s montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 head Romaine
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 serving Pickles sliced
  • 1 serving Pickled onions
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes chopped

Sauce

  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Patty out sliders into 2 oz rounds. Season with Montreal steak seasoning.
  • Grill until fully cooked and internal temp reaches 160 degrees F.
  • While sliders are grilling, make up the bowls. Place chopped romaine on the bottom and top with chopped cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, and pickles.
  • Next make the sauce. Mix yogurt, mustard, ketchup, salt and paprika. Stir well.
  • Top salad mixture with 2 sliders each then drizzle with sauce.
