Nutrients in Grilled Slider Bowls
- Iron – beef is an excellent source of iron providing over 10-40% of your daily iron needs in just a 3 oz serving.
- Antioxidants – like vitamin A and vitamin K from the romaine will help keep you healthy.
- Zinc – you’ll find half of your zinc needs in one serving of this recipe!
The Ingredients:
- Lean ground beef – I prefer 93-96% lean ground beef to keep the saturated fat content lower.
- Burger seasoning – I prefer Montreal Steak Seasoning for the burgers for a little kick!
- Romaine – You can grab pre-washed, chopped romaine to save time
- Cherry tomatoes – I like to quarter these
- Sauce Ingredients – Plain Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, paprika, salt
- Pickled Onions & Pickles – It’s easiest to grab these from a jar but you can also make your own!
Recipe Tips & Variations
➡️ Toppings – You can add shredded cheddar cheese or pickle relish if desired!
➡️ Increase Protein – Though these are already high protein, you can add an additional slider or crumble cooked ground beef to this dish.
