Grilled Greek Chicken Wraps

10-15 Minutes


4 Low Carb/High fiber tortilla shells
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
½ cup hummus
1 large tomato, diced
½ cup cucumber, diced
¼ cup Greek dressing
4 oz feta cheese

2 cups berries – side


1. Lay tortilla flat. Spoon 2 Tbsp hummus on tortilla.
2. Top with 4 oz of cooked, cubed chicken followed by diced tomatoes and cucumbers.
3. Next add ½ oz of feta cheese and drizzle with 1 Tbsp Greek dressing.
4. Fold tortilla up into a wrap. Serve immediately.

Quick Tip

You can leave any ingredients out for kids to make it more kid friendly!
