Select Ingredients

- Lean ground beef - I prefer 93-96% lean ground beef to keep the saturated fat content lower.
- Burger seasoning - I prefer Montreal Steak Seasoning for the burgers for a little kick!
- Romaine - You can grab pre-washed, chopped romaine to save time
- Cherry tomatoes - These are great quartered in this recipe
- Sauce Ingredients - Plain Greek yogurt, mustard, ketchup, paprika, salt
- Pickled Onions & Pickles - It's easiest to grab these from a jar but you can also make your own!

Recipe Tips & Variations
➡️ Shape the Patties Evenly - Smaller slider patties cook quickly, so keep them the same thickness to prevent overcooking. Press a small thumb indent in the center so they stay flat on the grill.
➡️ Use Salad Mix to Save Time: A shredded romaine mix gives great crunch and makes assembly super quick.
➡️ Add More Toppings: Shredded cheddar and onion straws would be a great addition!
My Southwest Beef & Sweet Potato Skillet is another lean beef recipe that is delicious and packed with so many great nutrients! It's a family favorite in my house.
What To Serve With Grilled Slider Bowls
- French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries would be perfect with this recipe to give it the full burger vibe! The recipe is fairly low calorie so you have plenty of room to add to it.
- Fruit would be another good carbohydrate option to pair with this recipe.
How to Make Grilled Slider Bowls

Step 1: Combine all dressing ingredients into a mixing bowl. Refrigerate while you assemble the bowls.

Step 2: Patty beef into 2 oz rounds for the sliders. Grill until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Assemble the bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and burgers. Top with dressing and enjoy!
Recipe FAQs
Yes! You can prep the salad base and the dressing a day in advance. Keep the grilled patties separate and assemble the bowls just before serving to maintain freshness and texture.
Absolutely! Swap the Greek yogurt in the dressing with a dairy-free yogurt or mayonnaise alternative. This keeps the dressing creamy without adding dairy.
Leafy greens like romaine, spinach, or mixed greens are great. You can also add cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, roasted peppers, or corn for extra flavor and crunch.
