This Strawberry Fields Salad is my all time favorite salad! As a dietitian, I love that it's the perfect mix of sweet strawberries, crisp greens, juicy grilled chicken, and heart healthy fats to make it a well-balanced meal that tastes incredible.

Strawberry Fields Salad
Ingredients
Dressing
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup olive oil
Salad
- 10 oz package of mixed greens
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ½ cup pecans
- 4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced
Instructions
- To make the dressing, whisk together all ingredients except oil. Gradually whisk in oil.
- In a large salad bowl, toss together greens, strawberries, onion, feta cheese, chicken, bacon, and pecans.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.







This is my absolute favorite salad recipe! It tastes just like summer should!
I love salad with fruit so I added in some fresh blueberries too. It is so yummy😋
